Parliament has announced that the name of Justice Minister Harshana Nanayakkara, Attorney-at-Law, was mistakenly listed as Doctor in the list of members of Parliament on the Parliament website.
The statement states that the information sheet provided to Parliament by the Minister did not include the title of Doctor and that the inclusion of his name in front of it was an error in entering the relevant information.
The statement states that steps have been taken to correct the omission.
