The Fort Magistrate’s Court has instructed the CID to immediately arrest and produce former Minister Chamal Rajapaksa’s youngest son, Samindra Rajapaksa, who has been named as the third suspect in the Airbus purchase case.
It has been revealed that this suspect is currently residing in the United States of America, and accordingly, the Criminal Investigation Department has been ordered to take necessary steps to produce him before the Fort Magistrate’s Court.
