According to an order issued by the Kurunegala Pilessa Magistrate’s Court, Kamal Amarasinghe, who is the Commissioner General of Motor Transport, has been remanded until the 30th.
He was arrested yesterday (27) by the Financial Investigation Division of the Criminal Investigation Department on charges of abetting the false registration of a cab by modifying its chassis number.
