Actor Damita Abhayaratne will present Samagi Jana Balavega in Ratnapura district not by her own invitation, says the party’s Ratnapura district group leader Hesha Withanage.
He also said that the candidates for the districts are nominated by the candidate selection committee of the party. He said that he was also selected from the same committee after applying for candidacy.
He said this while addressing a press conference held today.
