Iranian President Says they Will Stop Attacks

Iranian President Masoud Peskov says he has no intention of attacking his neighbors again. It is also reported that the Iranian president has apologized to those countries for the attacks he has carried out in recent days.

The Iranian president said that a special meeting of Iran’s interim leadership council was held yesterday (6) and that this decision was reached.

“We will not attack our neighbors again. We will not attack again unless we are attacked by those countries,” the Iranian leader said, according to Al Jazeera.
The Iranian leader made this statement as the war launched by the United States and Israel against Iran enters its second week.

The Iranian president, who began his statement by referring to the attacks on residential areas, schools and hospitals in violation of international law and regulations, said that what the Americans want is unconditional surrender, which will never happen.

He said that the attacks were necessary because of the presence of US assets in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. However, foreign media reported that attacks were also carried out on Iraq, Jordan, Azerbaijan and Turkey.

More than 1,200 Iranians have been killed in US-Israeli attacks in the first week of the war. Six American soldiers have been killed in the Iranian attack on Kuwait.
