Two people were injured when a domestic LP gas cylinder exploded at the Kataragama Navy Tourist Bungalow this morning, police said.
The injured in the accident are a 32-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man, residents of Kekunadura, Matara. The gas cylinder exploded while they were preparing breakfast. The injured have been admitted to the Kataragama District Hospital and later transferred to the Debarawewa Hospital for further treatment.
