Tamil National People’s Front (TNPF) leader Gajendrakumar Ponnambalam MP is reported to be seriously ill.
Due to this situation, he was not able to participate in the parliamentary sessions, so he requested leave from the parliament for a period of three months and it was approved.
Sources of the party say that Gajendrakumar Ponnambalam Member of Parliament has withdrawn from the leadership and administrative duties of the party as he is ill.
