Professor Anil Jayanta, a member of the economic council of the NPP, says that if the candidate of National People’s Power wins the presidency, the program related to the International Monetary Fund will not be changed.
But he said that he tried to renegotiate the terms and conditions of the government’s efforts to sell off the government’s assets and certain measures that have burdened the people.
However, he stressed that under his government, there will be an inquiry into certain loan agreements and how such borrowed funds were used.
