Etihad increases the frequency of flight operations to Srilanka

The national airline of the United Arab Emirates Etihad Airways will increase the number of flights to Colombo from May 1, according to Engineer Atula Galkatiya, President of Airports and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited.

He said that this flight service will make a significant contribution to boost Sri Lanka’s tourism industry and travel to other major destinations in the Middle East and the world.

Etihad Airways, which currently operates 10 weekly flights, will increase the number of flights to 13 weekly from May 1. The second phase will be operational from June 15, where 20 flights will be operated per week, he said.
