The meeting between the Venezuelan opposition leader and the US President lasted more than an hour, according to foreign media reports. After that discussion, she also met with senators from both the Republican and Democratic parties.
Meanwhile, in a post on his Truth Social account, the US President mentioned that he met with Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado and that she is a woman who has experienced a lot.
The US President’s post also states that she presented him with her Nobel Peace Prize and that he would like to express his gratitude to her for that.
