The Consumer Affairs Authority informs the public not to buy Calin Baby soap produced by Delma Company which is available in the market.
In a press release, the agency said that the laboratory tests conducted on the soap in the market under batch number CBAPE 002 manufactured by Delma Lanka (Private) located in Varellagama, Aladeniya, Kandy, confirmed that it does not contain the TFM mentioned on the label. In this regard, it is said that the Delma Company has admitted the guilt in the case assigned by the Consumer Authority before the Maligakandha Magistrate’s Court.
