Court bans MP Ramanathan from entering Jaffna Hospital.

The office of the Director of the hospital has informed that MP Ramanathan Archuna will be allowed to enter the Jaffna Teaching Hospital only as a patient.

The Jaffna Magistrate’s Court made this decision yesterday, granting him a personal bail of Rs. 100,000 in a case filed against him. The case was adjourned to February 7, 2025.

The court also ordered that Archuna must obtain prior permission from the hospital administration if he wants to enter the Jaffna Teaching Hospital.
