Colombian presidential candidate Miguel Uribe shot, injured

Colombian presidential candidate Senator Miguel Uribe is in critical condition after being shot, foreign media reported.

He was shot three times, two of them in the head.

Miguel Uribe was shot at a campaign event in the capital Bogota, foreign media reported.

A 15-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting.

Miguel Uribe, 39, who is running for president next year, is a member of the opposition conservative Democratic Center party founded by former Colombian President Alvaro Uribe.
