Mr. Ariya Hemananth, former Principal of Holy Rosary Tamil College, Kollupitiya, Executive Member of the Sri Lanka Teachers’ Union, and Coordinating Secretary to the Deputy Minister of Labour, beloved husband of Mrs. Anusha Hemananth (Teacher, St. Clare’s College, Wellawatte), passed away on 23rd June 2025.
His remains will lie at A. F. Raymond Funeral Parlour, Borella, from 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, 28th June. The final rites will be performed at the Borella Cemetery on Sunday, 29th June, at 3:30 p.m.
