Leader of the National Freedom Front, Member of Parliament Wimal Weerawansa states that there is a high chance of a change of government in April.
Speaking on a TV program, he said that a group of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna is going to leave the government and go to the opposition due to Basil Rajapaksa’s operation and at the same time Namal Rajapaksa is likely to become the leader of the opposition.
Parallel to this situation, an operation is underway in India to unite Sajith Premadasa with Ranil Wickramasinghe, Ranil Wickramasinghe will form a national government with the support of several Tamil Muslim minority parties, and Sajith Premadasa will support it.
