Sanjeeva Edirimanna, former Member of Parliament of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna, says that President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has no right to change Sri Lankan culture.
He emphasized that if he tries to change the culture, he must change the agreement with the International Monetary Fund first, and that the President cannot edit the Sri Lankans.
He said that the promises made to the people during the presidential election should be fulfilled immediately, otherwise the government will be overthrown and Namal Rajapaksa will be made the president of the country before the end of five years. He made these comments while addressing a public meeting of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna.
