A member of the JVP, who send Sri Lankans for Myanmar terrorism, was arrested.

A group of four people who were involved in human trafficking, including sending Sri Lankans to a cyber slavery camp in Myanmar, have been remanded in custody until the coming fourth day after being produced before the Negombo Magistrate’s Court.

It is reported that the arrested group includes three Sri Lankans and a Chinese national. One of the four people arrested was a person who nominated to contest under the National People’s Party in the last local government election.

The Criminal Investigation Department also states that they are hoping for public support to arrest one more person involved in this racket.
