Thirteen people have gone missing in an accident caused by the collapse of a bridge in Vietnam.
Foreign media reports that a busy bridge in North Vietnam has collapsed after being hit by typhoon Yagi.
Bad weather has hampered the search operations for the missing people. After 30 years, this is the most powerful storm that has caused great destruction throughout the northern part of Vietnam, and it is reported that nearly 60 people have died.
