British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak,Coming to Kiev. the capital of Ukraine . According to the report, he is going to announce a new aid package to Ukraine .
Britain will provide 2.5 billion pounds ($3.2 billion) in military funding to Ukraine for the next financial year, according to a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office. These funds will be used for long-range missiles, air defense, artillery ammunition and maritime defense.
“I am here today with one message: the UK is also standing by Ukraine. We will stand with Ukraine in their darkest hours and in the good times ahead,” said Sunak, visiting Kiev.
Sunak first visited Ukraine in November 2022, soon after he became prime minister. Britain has become the second largest provider of military aid to Ukraine after the United States, providing a total of 4.6 billion pounds ($3.3 billion) in 2022 and 2023.
