Anura Kumara Dissanayake, the leader of the National People’s Force, said that surveys have revealed that the National People’s Force has a better chance of forming a government in the upcoming elections.
Addressing a rally held in Galle yesterday, he said that even President Ranil Wickremesinghe is in doubt whether to announce the presidential election or the general election first.
He said that the rulers had no hesitation in announcing a presidential election or a general election in previous cases, but now the rulers are in a dilemma as to which election should be announced first. He said that his party is ready to face any of the two elections.
