Dr. Bandula Gunawardena, former Minister of Trade and current Minister of Transport, said that it is hoped to establish a nationwide network of stores where only VAT-free goods can be sold.
Among these, Minister Bandula Gunawardena added that many VAT-free items such as vegetables, baby milk powder, fruits and rice will be included.
