New motorcycle registration is scheduled to commence on October 19 at the district offices in Jaffna, Hambantota, Anuradhapura, Kurunegala, and Gampaha.
Commissioner General of Motor Traffic, retired Air Vice Marshal Thushara Fernando, stated that the service would be introduced at these five district offices following the issuance of the necessary guidelines.
