291 tourists missing due to Nepal floods.

Foreign reports say that 400 people are missing due to the flood situation in Nepal and 291 of them are foreign tourists.

This flood situation has been caused by the river Bothkoshi which flowed through the Rasua area.
It is reported that the reason for the rise in the water level of this river, which flows near the border of China and Tibet, is the simultaneous inflow of water caused by the melting of snow. It is reported that the sudden snow melt was due to an earthquake in the area.

Due to the flood situation, a highway passing near the river Bothkoshi was completely submerged and a building belonging to the Chinese government on the Chinese border was also completely destroyed.

Due to a landslide of ice and rocks from a glacier on the Nepal border, the Lende Kola river, a tributary of the Bhote Koshi river, has been blocked.
