President’s life at risk in taking forward investigations into the Easter attack case.

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake reportedly said in a discussion held yesterday (12) afternoon with the representative of the Sri Lanka Bar Association, Ihnir, that the current vacancies in the judicial system will be filled within a month.

The President emphasized that he is ready to accept any position or risk his life to bring about the necessary changes in the country, and that he will never use his executive power or other powers beyond the Constitution.

He emphasized that he is ready to accept any risk as it is impossible to bring about change in the country without taking risks.

The President stated that he is ready to accept any risk even in taking forward the investigations into the Easter attack through the intelligence agencies, and that it is not fair to interpret the changes made in the judicial system as a privilege focused on a single individual, and that this is an attempt to transform the entire judicial system to the next level.
