Sarat Ganegoda, who served as the Chairman of SriLankan Airlines and SriLankan Catering, and Rohan Gunathilaka, who was a member of the Board of Directors, have resigned from their positions.
It is stated that these resignations have been submitted with effect from March 31, 2026.
A. K. D. D. Dimal Arandara is to serve as the Acting Chairman of both companies until a permanent Chairman is appointed by the Secretary to the Treasury.
