Now live on the HNBGI official website, HNBGI NEXA is designed to offer customers quick and convenient access to general insurance information and basic support services around the clock. The chatbot serves as a first-level support tool that helps users with commonly asked questions while directing them to the company’s hotline for more detailed assistance, thereby ensuring a seamless handover to human agents when necessary.
