Cricket has been officially included in the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, and the International Olympic Committee has officially revealed the dates for the games.
After announcing the number of teams and venues in April, the International Olympic Committee has announced that the men’s and women’s T20 matches at LA28 will be held from July 12 to July 29, 2028.
The women’s matches will be held on July 20 and the men’s matches on July 29.
This announcement is another special occasion for cricket, as it will be joining the Olympic Games for the second time.
Six teams, both men’s and women’s, are scheduled to compete for medals in cricket at this year’s Olympics.
All matches will be held at the Pomona Fairplex, about 50 kilometers from Los Angeles.
