The death toll from a horrific plane crash in Ahmedabad, India, has risen to 290.
The Air India flight was en route from Ahmedabad to London when it crashed.
There were 230 passengers and 12 crew on board at the time of the crash, and all but one passenger died.
However, the rest of the fatalities occurred when the plane crashed into a medical college dormitory outside Ahmedabad airport.
Indian police said that the bodies included both passengers and people on the ground.
Former Chief Minister Vijay Rupani of Gujarat state, whose capital is Ahmedabad, was reportedly among the dead.
