Dr. Nilupul Perera has resigned from the post of Chairman of Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC and as a member of the Board of Directors.
He has informed that he will resign from the posts of Chairman of Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC, non-executive and non-independent director, with effect from yesterday (05).
He has decided to resign after a period of 06 months, having assumed office on December 05, 2024.
