It is said that he protested in anger because the work he had come to do there was not completed.
The government officials present at the time were very scared and shouted and tried to catch the rioter.
He behaved in this way due to a problem that arose when he went to the Divisional Secretariat to obtain a copy of his father’s birth certificate.
The person has now been arrested by the police and remanded in custody after being produced before the court.
