The lawyer stated that his client was 97 years old and her memory was very weak. He said that she only remembered her name and that she did not even remember what she had for breakfast. In such a context, he stated that the Criminal Investigation Department was questioning her about a bank transaction that took place in 2013. Therefore, he requested that his client be granted bail.
