The doctorate degree that was mentioned in front of the name of Justice Minister Attorney-at-Law Harshana Nanayakkara on the Parliament website has now been removed.
According to a letter from the Leader of the House Office, it is stated that the doctorate degree had been mentioned in front of Nanayakkara’s name on the Parliament website.
However, it is reported that Mr. Harshana Nanayakkara had not personally submitted a letter mentioning a doctorate degree.
Meanwhile, the heads of Parliament have informed the officials in charge of the website to re-confirm the details of the MPs mentioned on the Parliament website.
