Maharagama former mayor Kanti Kodikara has been assaulted today.
She was attacked for a campaign of Upali Kodikara, who is running for the parliamentary elections. She was assaulted and admitted to Sri Jayawardenepura Hospital and the person who assaulted has been arrested by the Maharagama Police.
