Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna’s Kandy District Member of Parliament Gunathilaka Rajapaksa and his son have entered the temporary monastic life.
He entered the temporary monastic life at the Moola Gandhakuti temple in Isipatanarama, Varanasi, India.
He entered the monastic life as Hari Spattuwe Dhammaratana Thero. His son also entered the temporary monastic life under the name Amparae Dhammaloka.
