International red warrants for four Sri Lankans who supported Al-Qaeda.

Colombo Additional Magistrate Mr. Pasan Amarasinghe yesterday ordered the issuance of a red warrant in English, ordering the arrest of 4 sri lankan suspects who are currently abroad who are suspected of supporting the Al-Qaeda terrorist organization.

This order was made according to a request made by the Terrorism Investigation Division from the court.

Thus, red warrants were issued to a father and son, who were residing in Kaleliya and Kalagedihena areas and are said to be currently residing in Australia and Syria.

Red warrants have been issued to four persons, Ahmed Khalil Luqman Talib, Ahman Luqmand Haleen, Abdul Bahin Mohammad Lebbe and Mohammad Pahir Rifan, who are said to be residents of Australia.
