Addressing a news conference, the General Secretary of the National People’s power, Tilvin Silva, said that Samagi Jana Balavega is upset about theire meeting held with the IMF representatives.
He further mentioned that since many countries and organizations in the world like the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have started to realize that the National People’s power (NPP) will come to power in the next election, the representatives of those organizations are negotiating with them.
He said that it was not a secret meeting in response to the accusation made by Samagi Jana Balawega that the National People’s power was hiding the issues discussed in the discussion with the International Monetary Fund.
