Parliament will meet today at 9.30 am and the vote of no confidence against Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella is scheduled to be held at 5.30 pm.
General Secretary of the Democratic Left Front, Member of Parliament Vasudeva Nanayakkara and leader of Pivithuru Hela Urumya, Member of Parliament Udaya Gammanpila have told the media that they will vote in favor of the motion of no confidence presented by the opposition.
The Sri Lanka Freedom Party and the Janata Vimukthi Peramuna have not yet announced their position on whether they will vote in favor of the motion of no confidence or not.
This motion of no confidence against the Minister of Health was recently handed over to the leader by the members of the opposition including the Samagi Jana Balawegaya.
