National Freedom Front leader MP Wimal Weerawansa told a public meeting in Kuruwita today that he is waiting for the Chief of Defense Staff, former Army Commander Shavendra Silva to file a case against him.
He also said that Shavendra Silva informed that he will be sued challenging the facts revealed by the book ‘Navaya Phamtunu Sahe’, but no such case has been filed so far.
However, he said that he would like to be given such a trial, and that he hopes to reveal many facts that were not revealed in the book in the court.
