A motion has been submitted before the Supreme Court requesting that the fundamental rights petition submitted in connection with the burning incident of the Express Pearl ship be heard before a full bench of Supreme Court judges.
The petitioners are asking the Supreme Court to conduct an investigation into the environmental damage caused by the burning of the Express Pearl ship, which has led to a great controversy, and order the petition to be heard before a full Supreme Court bench. The motion will be called for consideration tomorrow (24).
