The International Monetary Fund says that its delegation will visit Sri Lanka from today to the 23rd. It is reported that the visit is being carried out as part of the IMF’s consultations on behalf of Sri Lanka ahead of the first review operation proposed to be carried out later this year.
Krishna Srinivasan, Director of the International Monetary Fund’s Asia and Pacific Department, is scheduled to join the visit.
