The police have arrested three suspects, including a woman, in the Narahenpita area for attacking and shooting at the vehicle in which Thusitha Hallolu, a former director of the National Lotteries Board, was travelling.
The suspects were arrested yesterday by the Colombo Crimes Division. They have been remanded in custody until the 29th after being produced before the court.
