An organized criminal, Lattuwahandi Sujeewa Ruwan Kumara de Silva, alias Loku Patty, who was abroad, is scheduled to be brought back to the island from Belarus this morning by officers of the Criminal Investigation Department at the Katunayake Airport.
He is said to have masterminded the Club Wasantha murder and cases are pending against him for several other murders.
