The Minister said that it is not possible for employees, officials or politicians to control the weather, which is why the government has been forced to import salt.
However, given the situation that has arisen, the people cannot be given the opportunity to take home ten kilos of salt instead of one kilo, and that it has been necessary to do so with control when distributing salt.
