A foreign-made drone has been found by a fisherman in the sea off Trincomalee. The fisherman claims that the drone was found about thirty-six kilometers from Trincomalee.
The drone has been taken to the Trincomalee Air Force Base for further investigation. The Air Force says that the drone is a drone used to attack aircraft during air force training.
Investigations have also revealed that such drones are used as targets in training sessions by the Indian Air Force.
