Two people have died in a shooting that took place at Kadewatta Junction in Middeniya Police Division last night (18). The police say that the father and his 06-year-old daughter have died in the shooting.
The son of the deceased who was injured in the shooting has been admitted to the hospital. The deceased is 39 years old. His daughter is 06 years old.
