Two unidentified persons who arrived on a three-wheeler in the Ramyaweera Mawatha area of Wellampitiya, Welewatte, left a dead person on the road.
They told the bystanders that the person had drunk too much alcohol . The person was already dead by then. Police investigations are underway to find the people who came on the three-wheeler.
