All requests from university teachers should be received.

Joseph Stalin, Secretary of Ceylon Teachers Union, says that it is the government’s responsibility to start A-level evaluations by granting all the demands of university teachers. He also said that the government should be directly responsible for the suffering of the students due to the delay in the examination evaluation. But Professor Sampath Amaratunga, the chairman of the University Grants Commission, says that a large amount of the demands of the university professors have been given so far, but they are still taking professional actions.

However, while commenting in this regard, Education Minister Susil Premajayant said that by delaying the examination of A-Level answer sheets, they have received intelligence reports that there is a conspiracy going on to increase the youth’s discomfort and drag them to the streets.
