The Godakawela police said that the they managed to arrest a suspect with 25 hemp plants that were planted in a house.
About 25 cannabis plants of about 3 feet in hight, which were grown in flower pots in several places of the house, were found during this raid. After the suspect pleaded guilty before the Embilipitiya court, he was fined six thousand rupees.
